DJ Frees
Managing Director
DJ Frees is the Managing Director at KW Commercial, Lake Nona. DJ has been involved in commercial real estate brokerage for over 12 years with a specific emphasis throughout Central Florida. DJ represents Owners, Tenants, Investors, Buyers and Sellers of commercial real estate.
Before joining KW Commercial, Lake Nona, DJ started his career in 2012 with DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services located in Los Angeles, California.
DJ is a graduate of Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA with a B.A. in Economics and a Minor in Marketing.
DJ resides in Lake Nona with his wife (Nicole) and sons (Logan, Brody, and Michael). DJ enjoys playing golf and spending time with family.
Jeremy Miller
Director
Jeremy Miller is an Associate with KW Commercial. Jeremy specializes in all aspects of Commercial Real Estate Brokerage throughout Central Florida. As a Native Floridian, Jeremy is able to provide his Clients with a vast amount of local knowledge, and is able to utilize his local resources and connections to create a win-win for Buyers, Sellers, Tenants, and Landlords. Jeremy prides himself in his attention to detail when advising Clients on even the most technical and challenging commercial transactions.
Jeremy's commercial specialties include Industrial, Office, Retail, and Land transactions. Jeremy resides in St. Cloud, Florida and is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys deep sea fishing, and spending time with family.
